I race in NorCal with AFM. If we are lucky, the temps aren’t over 100. Most often we are not, and then you need VnM base layers. This is what you do: whenever you feel you are overheating, wet the VnM base layer and get close to a fan. That’s it, that will take you through 100+ degree race weekends. Everybody says getting your suspension checked up is the cheapest upgrade but that’s just the second step, this is the first.
